Data Protection

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection regulations (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person is entitled to the protection of their privacy and protection against the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these regulations. Personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and is neither sold nor shared with third parties.

In close collaboration with our hosting providers, we strive to protect databases as effectively as possible against unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, or forgery. When accessing our websites, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request, and general information transmitted about the operating system or browser.

These usage data form the basis for anonymous statistical evaluations, which allow us to identify trends and improve our offerings accordingly.
