The LAPP Group emphasizes lean management: in-house coaches encourage and support LAPP Tec AG employees in avoiding unnecessary activities and creating value without waste. The Swiss quality mindset and the constant pursuit of improvement make LAPP Tec resilient to economic turbulence.

Founded by brothers Siegbert and Andreas Lapp in 1989

LAPP Tec AG was founded by brothers Siegbert and Andreas Lapp on June 28, 1989, in Schaffhausen as LAPP Kabel AG. The decision to establish the company in Switzerland as the injection molding plant of the German LAPP Group was based on the availability of highly qualified specialists, the large number of renowned injection mold manufacturers in the region, and favorable conditions for starting a business.

Relocating to Diessenhofen in 1998 allowed the company to gradually expand production. Today, over 150 million plastic parts are produced annually, processing more than 650 tons of plastic granulate each year.
